This chatbot is an automated virtual assistant designed to help clients schedule, modify, or cancel appointments quickly and conveniently — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The chatbot collects basic booking information such as your name, preferred service, therapist preference, appointment date and time, email address, and phone number. Once an appointment is confirmed, an automated confirmation email is sent to you. The chatbot is limited to scheduling-related tasks only; it cannot provide therapeutic advice, answer general questions, or process payments or refunds.

Search & Local Visibility
We use AI-assisted tools to help optimize our website for traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms (such as Google, ChatGPT, and similar services) so that prospective clients can find accurate, up-to-date information about our services.
