Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy

Overview

At Holistic Massage & Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because Pritti is a solo practitioner with a fully appointment-based schedule, a missed or last-minute cancelled session cannot be filled on short notice and represents lost time that cannot be recovered.

We ask that all clients read and understand this policy before booking. By completing a booking through our online booking system or by phone/text, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Cancellation Policy

Required notice:

At least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time

To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. You may cancel or reschedule via:

How to cancel:

  • Call +1 (619) 330-1119 and leave a voicemail with your name and appointment date and time
  • Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email or text reminder

Please note: text messages and emails are not monitored for cancellation requests and will not constitute valid notice under this policy.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellations are subject to the late cancellation fee below.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and has not contacted us prior to the appointment time.

No-show fee: 50% of the scheduled service fee

For reference, current service fees range from $90 to $125 per 50-minute session. The applicable no-show fee will therefore range from $45 to $62.50 depending on the service booked.

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you experienced an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers are at the sole discretion of Holistic Massage & Spa and are considered on a case by case basis for first-time occurrences only.

Clients who no-show without prior communication may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be declined future bookings at our discretion.

Late Cancellation Fee

Late cancellation fee: 50% of the scheduled service fee.
A late cancellation is any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. The same fee structure as the no-show fee applies

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays happen. Please notify us as soon as you know you will be running late by calling +1 (619) 330-1119.

Up to 15 minutes late: Session shortened to remaining time; full service fee applies.
More than 15 minutes late: Appointment may need to be rescheduled; late cancellation fee may apply.

Out of respect for back-to-back appointments and our schedule, sessions cannot be extended beyond the original end time regardless of arrival time. The full service fee applies to the reserved time, not the time used.

Repeat No-Shows or Late Cancellations

Clients with two or more no-shows or same-day cancellations within a 12-month period may be required to:

  • Pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service fee at the time of booking for all future appointments; or
  • Be declined for future bookings at our sole discretion.

How No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees Are Collected

Because payment is currently collected at the time of your appointment rather than at booking, no-show and late cancellation fees are not automatically charged. If a fee is owed, we will contact you via the phone number and/or email provided at booking to arrange payment.

We reserve the right to require credit card authorization at booking for clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations.

Continued non-payment of outstanding fees will result in being declined future appointments. Holistic Massage & Spa reserves the right to require prepayment or a deposit for clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations.

Booking Acknowledgment

By completing your booking with Holistic Massage & Spa LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy. This policy forms a part of our Terms and Conditions.
